Exclusion of liability.

As service providers, we are responsible according to § 7 sect. 1 TMG (Telecommunications Law) for our own contents on this website in accordance with the general law. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not required to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activity. This does not affect the obligation to remove or block use of information according to general law. However, any such liability is possible only after knowledge of such a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of any relevant violations of the law, we will remove the contents immediately.
